In the PPM Confirel Group, the strength, perseverance, resilience, and potential of every woman is recognized. On the occasion of March 8, International Women's Day, we share here messages from Group employees that reflect our collective commitment to women's empowerment and a future of equality for us all.
These messages addressed to women, and which men should hear, are a reflection on the fact that breaking down the barriers of negative thinking from previous generations hindering the progress of women and society depends on all of us, starting now:
Mr. Try Yorn, Deputy Director in charge of accounting, finance, and commercial: You were not born to remain silent. Your words have the power to shape the world.
Pr Ung Sunthavy, Pharmaceutical Expert. Being a mother does not mean you have to give up on your goals in life. You may succeed in your life by loving and caring your children. You may accomplish your aspirations and ambitions while simultaneously being an amazing mother.
Ms Sakett Elitda, Regulatory Affairs and Institutional Channel manager: Make yourself indispensable
Ms Try Muykea , Export and Marketing Manager: Your greatest asset in your independence. Trust in your abilities, and never rely on anyone else to define your path. You have the power to create your future and achieve your dreams. Stand tall, belief in yourself and keep moving forwards.
Ms Sok Sachak-Kerya, Market Research and Development: Success is not only what you accomplish but also you inspire in others. Invest in yourself, cultivate what no one can take away from you: your spirit, your character, your education and your integrity. Then you will no longer follow the energy of the room; you will transform it.
Ms Sot Vanara, Admin and HR deputy manager: a woman may be whatever she wants, not only in the kitchen.
Ms Chea Dalin, Finance Deputy Manager: Women going out to earn their own money is not selfish. Rather, it ensures their independence and dignity.
Ms Kong Vireak Setha, Purchasing manager and Logistic manager; Housework and cooking are life skills for everyone, regardless a gender. A family will be harmonious when members support one support another once since it demonstrates respect and understanding.
Ms Chhim Vorlarphea, Sales admin manager: Traditions should not be created as an excuse to set boundaries for women’s lives, they should be created to uplift women in social development.
Ms Uk Sreynath, Tax accounting and Performance manager: Being yourself, upholding your moral principles, and leading a life that is genuinely yours are more important than continuously changing to fit in with other people’s expectations.
Ms Sean Sreybandith, RA Deputy Manager: A woman’s value is not based on her age, and marriage does not determine woman’s value.
Ms Khin Chanthearanita, R&D deputy manager: They are not limits to what women can achieve.
Ms Kung Kimyan, Brand manager: When one woman speaks up, she inspires one thousand more to find their voices.
To be reread throughout the year, so that the values upheld by International Women's Rights Day live on for more than just twenty-four hours.
Ms Sok Vuchmen, QA Manager: Your intelligence is your power. Traditions and customs should not create barriers to silencing your pursuit of knowledge.
Ms Long Suvon, Design Supervisor: A husband is a partner, not the master of your life. You are equal, not a servant. Know your worth and strengths, and don’t be quick to accept the limitations of others without thinking carefully.
Ms Vong Khanhey, Production Senior Executive: You were not born to serve everyone. You were born to lead, to dream, and to create what you desire.
Ms Chantha Raksa, QA Executive: Believe in yourself, you are braver than you think, more talented than you know, and capable of more than you imagine. Motivate yourself; don’t listen to those people who only see your mistakes.
Ms Tuon Sophana, Accounting Supervisor: Never limit yourself. You can be a mom and pursue your dream simultaneously.
Ms Suon Sokhunthea, Warehouse Executive: You are not failing because others people’s success.
Ms Mme Neak Chandara, Logistic Deputy Manager: Jealously will make your life worse, but celebration and unity will bring peace and prosperity.
